The Navigate function means different things on different pages. Eg Navigate on a Sales Order suggests you can move to another function within that order. However on Posted Transactions Navigate suggest you can drill down. Maybe change the word to Drill Down on the posted transactions.
Very hard to explain to users. Lets make it easier.

Thank you for this suggestion! Currently this is much improved in the 2020 RW2 release.

I agree. Almost all new to BC and upgrading NAV users ask 'why are there two Navigate menus?'

I agree that there are too many different 'Navigates' in different places now, which carry different semantic. It is introduces confusion both among users and among IT specialists. You (or user) always have to clarify exactly which one of the 'Navigate' do you need to use. Previously, when someone pronounced the term 'Navigate', one entity was always meant. And everyone immediately understood what it was about and where to look for it.
Now it is unreal to do it quickly and univocal.
It would be great to leave the term 'Navigate', which allows you to view the posted entries (Navigate (344)) and to rename the rest 'Navigates' (as an additional information or related information) or put it into the other semantic menu items.
Or put all 'Navigates' in one common 'Navigate' item.
