Posibility to create a default recipient entity (being contact, or account), regarding to (lead, opportunity, ...) and template asociated with an email template for an entity. This way when you want to send a quote (for example) by default a registry type (contact or account asociated to the opportunity), regarding to, and proper email template are added.

Also have the posibility to customize rules for different languages, etc...
