We have had an issue where many of our recent notes show the timestamp "Today at hh:mm" even when the note was created 1 or more days earlier. Initially logged as a support ticket (REG:114022811224256) we were told this is by design because the [Done] button hasn't been clicked to complete the note. If this is the case then the note should close at least when the user saves the record and closes the window.
