Need ability to configure footer for events portal (Home page and events page). Currently the footer is hard coded in 1033.json OR we need to download the source code and make a customization.

For other portals e.g. Self Service Portal, the footer is configurable and we can design desired footer. A similar functionality shall be extended to Events Portal.
