Currently the LCS Solution management which ISVs use to publish their solutions doesn't work across LCS region boundaries. If an ISV has customers using multiple LCS regions (such as global, EU, Switzerland) they need to maintain a separate solution (and user access list) for each region.

It would be nice to be able to publish the solutions globally, or choose the regions where to publish to.

LCS Solutions are used to publish ISV products to customers so there shouldn't be any sensitive customer data in the solutions, therefore data residency should not be an issue. And if the solution admin could control the regions where to publish, then they would still have full control of the solution / data residency.
