When data is visible to a user in online mode (web or outlook) via a team assigned security role (security role assigned to Team; user is member of team), this does not work in offline mode (outlook). The users lose a lot of visiblity, as they only see the records assigned to them directly then. This must be fixed!

Thank you for your feedback! Adam is correct, you simply need to add more offline filters to allow more data to be downloaded to your Outlook Client. By default we only download the records that are assigned to you and a few others. This is to limit the amount of data storage space we use on your PC. Not sure if this is simply a problem with your default filters not synching an offline copy of all the right data. Adding additional filters to make sure records are available offline beyond just those that they own ought to fix this issue.
