When a customer voice survey invitation is sent a timeline entry for the survey invitation is added to the related record. When we were using Forms Pro a user was able to click on the timeline entry and navigate to the survey. However, with Customer Voice we are no longer able to navigate to the survey record from the timeline entry.

Please add the ability to navigate to the Customer Voice Survey by clicking on the timeline entry for the survey invitation.
