We had the problem that we must provide an evidence of an implemented Update (from MS) into Business Central directly in the system.

Currently in the "Published Application" Table (2000000206) there is no Date shown. in the Field System-Modified at or System Created At there are just zeros.

At the Moment its just possible to show Log Files from Powershell when a update is done, if we had recorded that.
