A form let employee to claim they own replacement leave. And with approval of manager or HR. Currently system have a function to accrual with hour worked. But if a employee have leave on regular working days. And they worked on sundays is not logical to count they working days. Employee and managers should be allowed to claim/request for Replacement leave
