Memo fields cannot be added to the grid through personalization Repro steps: Navigate to the Reviews form. Click on the link to a review to open the details form. Navigate to the Activities tab. Right-click on the grid header and select Add columns. Results: The Description field is not included in the list of fields to add. Users would like to view the Description field in the Activities form to make it easier for users to view the information

Another place where I wanted to add a memo field is the Job description. The current field is restricted to a very small number of characters and I wanted to setup more integration between Jobs in Talent and Attract and collaboration to build these descriptions and keep them synchronized. My end goal was to auto create the job in Attract from a position request that is approved in Talent.

This would be a really useful feature as it would create a much smoother user experience and enable managers/employees to select only relevant performance journals when conducting a review. It would be great to see this implemented.
