When submitting incidents on LCS, the primary contact information - "Phone number (without country code)" - should be precisely described (with or without "0"). The customers are not sure if the should include "0" in front of the local number or not. For example, without country code the phone number to dial from the country would be 0xx xxxx xxx. With country code the phone number to dial must be without the "0". This could be an Issue for Critical incidents, where the support needs to contact the customer asap.
