When using Dynamics 365 client for outlook we have the option to select multiple emails at once and track them all at once. But we do have have this option when using Dynamics 365 lightweight app.
It would be good if we can select multiple emails and track emails at once using Dynamics 365 App for outlook (lightweight App)

It is also not possible to track one email with multiple recipients only once. Other users, who recieve the same emial don't see that the email is already tracked. So if they track the email too, you get duplicates in the crm.
