Wish there is a future option to easily transfer case management skill asset transfers (from learned experiences) to human resources. Not featuring option to transfer skill asset transfer gain from case management resolved or close cases, we may not be efficiently tracking asset skills along with human retentions, future tasks, recurring tasks or decision making, along with potential promotions due to, or due from.
