Description:
Currently, journeys with a defined end date stop accepting new contacts exactly at the scheduled end time, which is correct and expected.
However, the UI continues to display the journey as “Live” for around 26 hours after the end date has passed. This leads to confusion for users, who assume the journey is still running.
Proposal:
Please update the UI so that the journey status switches to “Completed” immediately (or within minutes) after the end date is reached. This would greatly improve usability, reporting clarity, and reduce operational misunderstandings.
