Raise Purchase order of Partial Qty through Purchase requisition

For Example: - Purchase requisition quantity = 50

Now we want to create Purchase order of quantity = 40

Pending Purchase requisition quantity=10 and raise PO to another Vendor

How will achieve this scenario.
