Currently, in Customer Insights - Journeys, Power Automate flows are automatically created by the system without user intent. These flows are not recommended for deletion, but they accumulate daily and cause several issues:
・ They consume Dataverse storage unnecessarily
・ They make it difficult to distinguish necessary flows from system-generated ones
・ They clutter the interface and hinder efficient management
To improve this situation, we strongly request the implementation of the following features:
・ A way to visually hide system-generated flows from the user interface
・ A command or tool that allows users to safely delete completed or unnecessary flows
Since Dataverse storage is being consumed daily, we hope for a prompt implementation of these features.

Each time a journey is created or edited, a new power automate flow is created. We now have well over 20k flows that were created by journeys. My suggestion is to delete flows when a journey is deleted or if a new edit is made, delete the prior version. Having this many flows crowds our solution and takes a toll on our capacity.
