Agree, we want to be able to target specific Segments & Sequence combinations intra-day, for example we have an "Expiring Soon" Segment & Sequence combination that we might want to work first before going back to a "Due Date" order once a seller has completed all their Expiring Soon prospects.
+ allow to play specific messages to users while in queue.+ allow DTMF input to trigger for instance redirection to voicemail, or a copilot studio voice agent (the current direct callback is very basic for a modern CCaaS, we would like to propose scheduled callbacks directly during the queue for example).
