We are having the same issue. If a maintenance schedule line is not converted into a work order before the next months batch job runs, it is wiped out and lost from the open maintenance schedule line. Preventative maintenance lines might carry over to the next month and if that is the case should remain open and visible to our maintenance planners. Please consider this change!
I am surprised there is not more of a demand for this feature. With Omnichannel retail becoming more important, and in the interest of maintaining clean data, the POS should help the user avoid creating a duplicate customer account. This should be part of the standard application, like it is in the back office.
