Microsoft Dynamics 365

I confirm, as soon as I have created a blank portal in my PROD environment, the Export to PDF button appeared on the case entity.
I also enabled it in the PDF settings based on this blog post:
Weirdly, this feature is available in both my DEV & TEST sandbox environments on the case entity!
But impossible to activate it on my production instance, even when the PDF Setting is set to activated... Please MS could an engineer chime in to explain why 2 of my 3 instances have this feature enabled on the case entity?
Maybe it's because I've installed a trial portal on both and not on the PROD instance?
Weirdly, this feature is available in both my sandbox environments even though I'm not using D365 for Sales (it's not even enabled in my environments!) so it seems that somehow it is possible to activate it for other entities than sales... but how?
My production environment is identical to both DEV & TEST instances but it's impossible to activate it, how is that?
Agrees with Adam's comment.
And if no default is found, it could simply use the current values from the Company Information so it is backwards compatible...
This is a feature that most users needs
To be clear, this is not limited to numeric values only, this also applies to dates as many countries use dd-mm-yyyy instead of mm-dd-yyyy format.
If this could also become available in inventory transactions, that would be really outstanding!
When we configure CRM Client for Outlook and track records in Outlook configured in CRM we see tracking icon which helps us to understand that the record is tracked in Dynamics 365 organization.
However when we configure CRM App for Outlook, we do not see tracking icon when we track records from Outlook desktop or Outlook Web App (OWA).
This makes the user difficult to understand if the email is already tracked in CRM and have to manually check the details on each record in outlook.
