Agreed - current functionality is not in-line with real world use cases. A Customer who places an Order does not want it to be delivered piecemeal; they want clear timelines for full order dispatch. Considering the lines for exceptions where necessary.

This solution would be highly beneficial! not only from the vendor's perspective but also from the warehouse's. From a global trade perspective, the same vendor might deliver to different sites across different continents, potentially using different units of conversion. The ability to use different units would provide greater flexibility.

Agreed, for us it the possibility or adding a ticket/case survey in a chat widget when it is out of operating hours/The survey would create a case and register it in a Queue so our customer service agents would be able to deal with them when they come back to work.

We would also need the UK HMRC Making Tax Digital extension to be made available for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in Ireland. We've been using it on-Prem as-is without adapting for Ireland. And we need this option asap after we migrate to the cloud.
