Assigning different default Project Views when entering Time Entries

Time Entry Duration Issue
The duration field on the Time Entry form shows invalid values that can be selected. Upon selection and saving the record, the system displays an error message that the selection is not valid. Duration fields should not show values or allow users to select values that are not valid.
