Switch display of times between h.mm and hh:mm format
PSA currently shows all time values in h.mm (decimal) format. Some users prefer and other systems use the time format hh:mm. It would be great to switch the display of weekly times easily between the two formats (serveral different views of the same data).

The reason we convert directly to the decimal for hours is becuase this is the value used for calculating cost which is based on an hourly rate.
As this conversion may not be exact due to divisional errors we choose to clearly display the link between the hours amount and the hourly rate.
For example:
1 hour and 20 minutes resutls in 1.33(recurring)
Our primary goal is to ensure the user understands how the price is calculated from the entry.
