Create a Campaign Response from an incoming Phone Call

Currently, a Campaign Response can only be created for a Phone Call that was distributed from a Campaign Activity. I would prefer that a Campaign Response could be created from any Phone Call.

This is a great use case for Power Apps. Imagine a dedicated application that fires up when a phone call arrives, it opens the form for a new phone response and is partially prefilled. User selects the product context and types in few information. The incoming caller number is mapped to an existing contact (or new contact is created on the fly if desired) and the call can be captured.

Ability to have marketing list available on custom entity apart from lead, account and contact.

We are restricted to use lead, contact and account for marketing list.

Related Campaign Response field enhancement

1. Campaign activities only work with related marketing lists. It would be great that if by default, we can look up records from general marketing lists and select the item.
2. Marketing lists should be displayed as options when we need to look up for more records

Please allow dynamic marketing lists to be added into contact entity

When adding marketing lists into contact entity, it only allows static lists to be added. It would be great to have a function that can add both dynamic and static marketing lists to be shown.

Click on "cancel" of email-mail-merge does send emails

If you do a mail-merge for sending bulk-emails, there will be a dialog for filling the subject and one where you can define if the mails should be tracked and if there should be an unsubscribe-link.

Ability to create Quick Campaign for custom entity by default in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online

when creating a Quick Campaign form, you can only include phone calls, appointments, letters, faxes and emails.

I would like to customize these entities on forms by default.

We keep all of our E-mail Address information in a separate custom entity. This allows us to track subscription per e-mail adddress, as well as keep track of which should be the primary, etc.
