Hi, I would really much like an automatic integration between VOC and AI for Customer service. This means that my VoC surveys end up writing the CSAT score back to the Case entity automatically.

Hi Mehmet,

We will most likely have another address for the Virtual Agent offering which will be finalized closer to release. The product will be linked from Customer Service Insights at https://csi.ai.dynamics.com as well.

We dont have a planned GA date yet, the product will be available in public preview early next year.
