Ideas for Power Query features

When uploading data through Power Query, it is inconvenient because there is a capacity limit.

When there is a lot of data required for customer analysis and segment classification, only some of them have to be uploaded.

And, when you change the field name in ...

Ability to add secondary deduplication tiebreakers

We are currently able to choose selection rules like "most filled", "most recent", etc when deciding how to pick the winning record during deduplication. However, particularly when using "most filled", it's still possible for there to be duplicates as multiple records could have the same level...

Duplicate detection and scoring

In CRMs, there are still lots of duplicates despite of detection rules: Due to spelling errors, nicknames, address change It is sometimes faster to create a contact record than to find and update an existing record: It should be possible to use customer insight to choose duplicate detection field...

Allow to include multiple fields with a single button

Currently, if we need to include new fields in the Unified Customer fields section, which is very time consuming when a new data source with large amount of new fields is uploaded to Customer Insights, Hence, it will be great if an option can be given to select multiple fields and then add the...

We are currently working to address this issue by providing the ability for you to filter columns (and rows) on any table you bring into Customer Insights - Data.

The plan is to provide a column (and row) filter link next to each table you bring in, on the Tables main page.

When you filter columns, we will provide a search field that allows you to show only fields that contains your search text, such as "Address" for example.  This would show all fields with 'address' <case insensitive match> in the field name.  You could then Select All, Deselect all, or Shift-Click or Ctrl-Click columns you wish to include/exclude.

Using this pattern, you should be able to quickly find and select (or deselect) through a large set of fields to get the fields you wish.

This will work for not only tables used in Unification, but any table used in Customer Insights - Data.

When customer information is integrated, the relationship is displayed

When integrating customer information, we integrate customers with some conditions.

It would be nice to have a screen where you can check the conditions under which we integrated and how many customers were integrated at once.

Removing Unification Process

This is definitely a pain point. We have this on our backlog and can prioritize this over other work  if we have more votes.
The experience should be

1. Select a table to remove from the unification process

2. Customer Insights - Data shows you the list of downstream dependencies where the table is used, such as any rules, segments, measures or exports.

3. If you confirm you want Customer Insight - Data to remove all the dependencies and the table from the unification configuration, Customer Insights - Data will perform the action.

1

Customised optin for mapping

Suggestion to include a customized mapping option for the data type during the mapping process in the source field.

for eg there is no option for an income data type in the mapping field for that reason a customised option can help this type of data to be mapped accordingly
