Modified On should not be change whenever user updates the owner field in the Case Entity

 Thank you for your feedback.

Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.

 It is desired to record the change to an entity for a broad set of relevant fields. It may be different for each customer which fields are deemed to be relevant. And possibly some customers may like to treat the Modified On field to only record typical end user field updates and not certain automated updates of system processes.

Still at the moment we are not considering a configurable Modified On / By capability for any entity.

Auto correct

The built in auto correct feature in the web browser should work when writing a new mail in the CRM. Currently you can see which words are written wrong, but you get a custom D365 menu when you right click on the word without any auto correct features.

Connection entity 'Connected To' lookup field defaults to different entities across environments

The “Connected To” lookup field will either pick Account or Contact as the default entity. There is no way to change the default entity so users need to be vigilant when creating connections as some orgs default to Contacts and others default to Accounts.
