Add Mode of Delivery To Order Fulfillment Sort Button on POS
In the Order Fulfillment screen on the POS, there is not an option in the Sort button to sort on mode of delivery. There is a filter for this, but you have to search and know which MOD you are looking for. The sort would make it much easier to see which orders you need to work first. -
Ability to Print Reports from POS
The reports that are inside the POS (either mPOS or cPOS) are not printable. Right now, we are taking pictures of the reports with mobile phones in order to be able to use them (as in knowing which items sold during the day so we know what to restock). The mobile devices running either mPOS or cPOS would help, but reports are not accessible for devices running the "compact" layout that mobile devices should use. -
Enable Subcodes of InfoCodes as a Default on ItemID
Would love the ability to default a given subcode of an InfoCode to a given itemID. An example of this is an item that, when rung into the POS, will always be a certain subcode and never deviates. -
Ability to search for a transaction by last 4 digits of Credit Card Number
Please add a search capability to the "Show Journal" screen that lets us input the last 4 digits of a credit card that was used for payment. Putting that in would show results for all transactions that had that last 4 digits (while also considering any other filters in place such as first and last name of customer). Not only would it look for the CC digits on a payment in full with that method but it will also find any instances of partial payments made with that number. Searching for a transaction in this way would greatly speed up the process of looking for customer orders on the POS.

Ability to "favorite" a menu from the search bar at tops of D365 F&O screen
Currently, the only way to "favorite" a given form inside F&O is to go into the module or workspace and find it, then click the star next to it. It would be awesome to be able to click that same star when you are typing inside the search bar at the top-middle of the D365 window, when it shows you the possible matches for your search.
