  • Matching the values in the PSA radial graph

    The graphic in PSA about the progress of the billing it is based in the total amount (including taxes, discounts, etc) and the estimate cost is not including taxes or discounts, at the end the project will be billing with the estimated cost and the radial graph is not matching with the total amount. We are suggesting that the radial views in the Project form (at the end) should be more consistence with the estimated costs that is finally that the customer is going to pay for the project.

  • Email engagement is changing the CRM URL's to open records

    We have an email template where it is included CRM URL's record to oppen the record once the recepient receive the email (the business process is approve one quote). https://crmtipsbyprm.wordpress.com/2015/10/28/add-record-url-in-email-template-dynamics-crm/ When email engagement is enable the email process is changing the URL behind adding emailanalytics relationship, so when clik on the URL cannot be opened. We need compatibility with email engamente or make available the option Record URL (Dynamic) in the email templates. Thanks

  • Forms Pro (Customer Voice) Include security to share the Survey

    In order to see the survey results in Dyn CE as form pro view, it requests share the survey. But Sharing the forms can allow users modify it. We request a security to share only the results to users. Replication: 1) Using advance find make a query to Customer Voice results surveys 2) Open a result and you will see 2 section one will connect to forms pro and other just provide the data. 3) The section where try to connect to forms pro is the problem is the survey is not shared the user cannot see the results.

  • Bulk delete in UCI is not available

    Bulk delete in web classic was available in the ribbons and it helps to user immediately create an advanced find and exceute the bulk delete. Now in UCI is not possible to use bulk delete in the ribbons or even delete thru advance find. Customers are requesting return back or set a similar functionality in UCI. Regards, Hector

  • Be able to link 2 o more surveys without include thanks message or sent survey

    Customer is having some long questions in surveys and they need to link a second survey but in first survey they need to use finish buttom and getting Thanks message before to start the second surveys so customer could not continue. The request is the possibility to customize the thanks message and finish button to be able to link 2 surveys in one.

  • DataSources with “completed with warnings”

    Due the datasoruce refresh is only refreshing the datasource and not the system processs (Match, Merge, Serach) customer set a Refresh Schedule to refresh shared data sources and run system process every day at X Time

    The refresh datasource is ending succesfully but when the Refresh Scheduled is executed the status of the datasources change to "Completed with Warning"


    This the message

    "Data sources managed by you refresh on their own schedules. Schedule refresh runs: Daily at XX:00 in Time. Last known refresh status: Successful."


    We got answer this is by design and the intention is let customer knows that there 2 Refreshes, but if data was succesfully none warning should be marked

    Inquirying Progress Datils for one specific Datasource display all datasources information.

    Doesn't make sense to display all Datasources information when we have selected one datasource.

  • Cannot open PDF files in dyn 365 for phones and tables when are stored in sharepoint integration Android

    Issue:

    Customer has SharePoint integration setup and the files are storage there, so when customer wants to open a PDF file thru the Dyn 365 mobile application it shows two options, open with PDF reader of Drive and Chrome

    If they Select PDF reader of Drive the systems try to open the file but got an error “Cannot display pdf (Filename.pdf is of invalid format)”

    If use Chrome it download the file and then they need to find the file to open it and opens correctly.

    Using directly the URL in the tablet or phone and then try to open the file is opened not asking any option immediately select adobe


    Using iOS they don’t have any problem using the Dyn 365 CE phone or tablet using version 13.22042.29


    We got the answer:

    Google Drive doesn't support Sharepoint direct links as they require authentication.

    Please use Chrome


    We ask you to consider a friendly process to view PDF that has been stored in Sharepoint Integration using Mobile Apps in Android.

  • msdyn_businessclosure entity is not retrieving data in SSRS XML fetch

    Customer wants to create a Report using SSRS, so they are using the connection type “Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fetch” in Visual Studio thru Query Builder wizard , the idea is paste the XML fetch built in an Advanced find in Dynamics CE. In Advanced find is retrieving data  but pasting the same XML in Visual Studio no rows retrieved, user used is a system administrator in both sides.

    Any other entity is working fine.


    Specific Request: allow msdyn_businessclosure entity to be used in SSRS
