Our scenario is we are controlling a tenant for an organization which is a consortium made up of many company funders. I want to create groups for each of these companies and control it so Remote Assist call contacts are only within this group. Basically, I don’t want one company contacting another.

Client is requesting eye tracking data be available to evaluate where a person is looking during a RA call. This data then could be used to create a heat map over the recorded call.

We would like to add the ability for Guides to store the complete referral URL as a field in DataVerse. We could then use this to pass query string parameters from one system to another. Great for identifying the user under device licensing scenarios.

When running the Content Migration Tool script add an option to replace existing Guide and Guides content. Right now our workflow is to make changes in our tenant and then migrate the changes over to our customer's. Currently the only option is to make a Guide's copy and migrate the copy. Thanks!
