    Allow an option at task or project level that indicates who can register time on the project and/or task : only assigned members or everybody.

  • CRM Email Activity - browse for SharePoint documents (attachments)

    Current situation:

    • Email activity related to quote or opportunity
    • Add attachment => browses on local file system

     

    Requested situation:

    • Additional possibility to add attachments that are stored no the SharePoint location bound to the entity the email activity is related to
    • Scenario
      • User selects "add attachment from SharePoint"
      • A popup window appears showing the contents of the SharePoint location
      • User selects 1 or more files and clicks 'add'
      • The files are added to the email as an attachment
