• Bring back the old task integration in outlook

    1. Entering a task under an Account or Contact, the only info that flows to Outlook is Subject and Due Date. It doesn't give any context regarding the regarding Account or Contact. In the old dynamics 365 for outlook, this was possible.
    2. Updating the due date of a task doesn't flow to Outlook. All updates need to be made to both entities. Outlook and Dynamics tasks are not synced
    3. Same thing applies for updating status or subject


    Integrating tasks between dynamics and outlook is crucial to ensure all information is visible in both areas and tasks are synced appropriately.

  • Update the calendar in the mobile app

    Can there be a way to identify dates a resource is scheduled via the calendar monthly view?


    Expected behavior - when user looks at calendar monthly view, there is a visual identifier on the days they are scheduled. I.e. in the month of february, I am scheduled the 10th-15th, and the 29th. As a user, it would be beneficial instead of scrolling the agenda list to see from high level I am scheduled those dates.



  • Filter Rating Models by Characteristic Selected

    Currently when filtering the schedule board by skills, you must pick the rating value after. It pulls in all rating values that might not even be related to the characteristics' rating model.


    My suggestion is the following:

    1. If a characteristic is selected and that characteristic has a rating model, then only show rating values associated to the rating model.
    2. If a characteristic is selected and that characteristic does not have a rating model, still show all rating values.
  • Allow emailing to email 1, 2, and 3

    We are having issues where response emails always send to a contact's email 1, even if the originating email came from a contact's email 2. This should be aligned like outlook, and the email responses should go to the correct email on the chain, even if it's a contact's email 2 or 3.
