Copilot to Assess Business Rules in Description Fields
It would be helpful if Copilot could assess text entered into description fields on purchase orders, purchase invoices, journals, etc., to ensure compliance with business rules.
For example, some organizations may not allow people's names to be entered into these fields for privacy reasons. Copilot could identify if a user has entered a name.
Other potential uses include:
- Standardising terminology
- Standardising formatting (such as dates)
- Identifying prohibited words or phrases
- Identifying if the wrong language has been used.
