Show assistants on Job Card Device and Production Floor Execution Interface
Our operators work on jobs in teams of 4. They are constantly assisting the wrong pilot, forgetting to clock in, etc. It is impossible for them to look at a screen and see if they chose the right pilot, if they logged in, etc. This whole program is built for computer savvy people to use, which is not generally the type of person used in a manufacturing job. Maybe you can't fix everything, but you could at least show on the job card device/production floor execution interface who is assisting the pilot/resource, including some way to indicate whether they're on break or not.

Breaks without time limit
With Time and Attendance, the only option to create a break is with a set amount of time. This is too rigid and does not allow for breaks to be accurately calculated with actual times. We tried setting the time to 0, but that results in the entire break becoming unpaid. Setting it for a longer amount of time and using less results in a calculation assumption that the entire break was used. I need the workers to be able to log out for break without having to choose how long they'll be gone, and still have reasonable calculations from it.

Remember last pilot assisted after all indirect activities
If a worker takes a clocks out and clocks back in, they are re-assigned to the last pilot they assisted. I would like to see this same behavior for other jobs. If they take a break, they don't stop assisting, which causes errors, when the pilot continues to work while the assistant is on break. It takes time for the worker to select a pilot every time they have to work on an indirect activity, and we would like them to be able to come back from all indirect activities and be re-assigned to the last pilot they were assisting.
