• Marketing interactions showing n Contact: Timeline: create ability to opt out this feature

    Issue description

    Marketing interactions showing in the Contact: Timeline since November 8. We would like to disable this for the Contacts in Dynamics 365. Contact form (Timeline) We see the Activities and Notes which are linked, but not the Marketing Interactions. How can we unlink this so for the entity Contact so we don't see the Marketing Interactions (see attachment for more info)

  • From SYSTEM user to application user (# Microsoft CRM Portals) for existing websites

    When a candidate is created from the Dynamics 365 CRM portal in our system, it typically generated a new entry in our Case table with the owner listed as 'SYSTEM'. However, we've recently noticed that a new account named '# Microsoft CRM Portals' is being displayed instead. We would like to revert to the previous setup. Additionally, if possible, we'd appreciate having the flexibility to adjust this ourselves in the future.
