Advanced LookUp views doesn't set the custom view as Default.
When ever we set a Custom view as default, It gets changed only in the grids, If we navigate to Email and insert signature, The Advanced Lookup shows the system view as default instead of the custom view. It would be great if we set any custom view as default, Advanced Lookup also should set it to the Custom view. -
Charts are not working as expected.
Currently, We are having a behavior where charts are calculating the SUM with Base currency and Exchange rate(This is very confusing for the users because when ever we export the file, The sum in Excel and the chart shows different values just because the Charts are calculating the SUM with Base currency and Exchange Rate whereas the Excel shows the correct values as expected and excel shows the SUM only to a particular currency field. The Charts should calculate the SUM with the Currency field that we have added to the chart instead of (Base currency * Exchange rate) Please consider this as a feature request and implement ASAP. Thanks. -
The users places in the AAD security groups teams should get Security roles as well as business units.
Currently, If we create a AAD security group and add users to it, The users are only getting security roles that are assigned to the AAD security group, but users are not getting the business unit that are assigned to the AAD security group, It would be great if we implement a feature where when ever we add a user to the AAD security group, the user should get the Security role as well as the business unit. -
Not able to filter the related entity fields in the Advanced find after saving the view.
Currently, We were not able to filter the related entity fields in the Advanced find after saving the view because fetchxml with linktype outer and condition having entityname is not supported in legacy advance find. It would be better if we were able to filter the related entity fields in the Advanced find after saving the view, Please try to implement this feature it would be very useful to our customers. -
Clicking Single line text field selects all the content
When ever we create a single line text field and add some data to it, After adding the data to it if we try clicking on that text that we have added, It selects all the content. It is difficult for our users to select the required text within the field. It would be better if we have the same behavior that we are currently having it on multiple line text fields. -
Macro-enabled work templates in MSCRM
Currently, Macro-enabled work templates are not supported in CRM, We have few customers requested this option in CRM, Could you please consider this as a feature request and implement it in the future updates. -
Bulk deletion millions of records takes a lot of time.
We use to delete records using bulk delete operation, While deleting millions of records the process runs for days and it takes a lot of time to delete those records. It would be better if you implement a feature where we should be able to delete those millions of records in some time, it shouldn't take much time for the job to get successful. Either a feature or if you could plan to increase the deletion performance in future releases would be great.

Unable to generate Document templates for work order entity through Advanced Find.
We were not able to generate document templates(Excel and word) for work order entity through Advanced find, The buttons are greyed out. We have this feature enabled for few entities but not for work order entity. It would be better if we have this feature enabled for work order entity as well.

Need an option to enable Audits for all entities.
Currently we have a manually process to enable audit for entities instead it would be better if we get an option to select All Entities, So that we can enable Auditing for all the entities with one click. This will avoid having to either manually amend the audit settings for every entity. It would be better if Microsoft enables Auditing for all the entities automatically.

Security Roles are not visible on user profile if it is granted via team level.
Currently, If we add a user to a team and the security role that was assigned to the team won't be populated in Users Manage role. We have to assign the security role directly in-order to populate in the user profile. The security roles on the user record only display roles which have been allocated directly to the user, not to the team which the user is a member of. It would be better if we can implement a feature to add the security roles assigned to a team to the users directly in the user profile.
