  • Adding the languages (Bosnian and Serbian) for LG Electronics Contact Center in EU

    Hello Team,


    I have an opportunity for LG Electronics (LGE) Contact Center in EU.

    LGE would like to use D365 Contact Center in EU Region.

    The issue is that D365 Contact Center do not support Bosnian and Serbian at this moment.

    LGE have used 29 langauges in EU using AWS but we are trying to replace it as Azure using D365 CC. To complete this, we have to support above two languages of Bosinan and Serbian.

    For the production, LGE is planning to complete within Octoboer 2024.
