Add a battery meter to MPOS similar to clock.
Would like to have a battery indicator on MPOS similar to how the clock is displayed on the MPOS title bar. When operating in Kiosk mode on portable devices there is no way to see any sort of battery indicator.

Prompt user to confirm when opening a new shift.
After prompting the user if they want to resume an existing shift or open a new one if a user selects to open a new shift add a prompt for confirmation that this is truly what they want to do.
