• When Migrating channels to a different Commerce Scale Unit, point of sale (POS) reports before the migration will no longer be available at the POS after migration.

When Migrating channels to a different Commerce Scale Unit, point of sale (POS) reports before the migration will no longer be available at the POS after migration.

This has a significant business implication in scenarios where we aim to distribute the workload to an extra CSU or in case of downsizing and cancelling one CSU, as users at the POS will no longer have the ability to export reports for previous months, quarters, and so forth.

Which leaves us to the only option of giving the users access to HQ to export the data which will cost us more money and time or in case of downsizing renew the subscription of the additional CSU, this will also cost us more money as well.

  • Auto report as finished should not affect the return order.

This is related to issue#614899, 615115

For items that is marked as auto report as finished to automatically create a BOM journal on processing statement posting,

The issue is when those items are returned the system is not returning the stocks directly, it is trying to process the auto report as finished by creating BOM journal again so it is failing to do so with, it should only return the stock.

  • Return label receipt aggregation in one single receipt.

In current design, the system does not support aggregating products in one single return label, so if you are printing return label for one line with 3 quantities, it will print 3 return receipt labels.

It would be great to have a feature in the future to support aggregating products in one single return label receipt when printing from POS.

  • Move environments between region with a self-service.

Moving environment between region can only be done through support request, which fairly consumes some time to be process.

We would like a feature that allows us to move environment between regions without CSS intervention.

  • “Search Name”Can only be used in filtering, however, it should be working on search as well.

When searching for an account in the chart of account the search name is filled with a different text then the account name

The search does not render the account when utilizing search in the COA view

This behaves differently when utilizing the manager role (standard), but does not work for all ISV roles or custom roles.
