  • Unable to change the value of a related field after the appointment is completed.

    Ability to fix the value of a related field of an Appointment entity, after the status of the appointment is changed to “completed.” When users make some changes to the value of a related field of an appointment entity and change the status of the appointment to “completed,” they expect to see the "then" information (not updated) when they refer to the related field.

  • Ability to add a new Account from Potential Customer/Lead field on a new Opportunity record

    Using the Potential Customer (Lead) field, it would be useful to have the option to add a new Account, in addition to Contact, with the following steps.
    1. Create a new Opportunity.
    2. Select Potential Customer/ Lead field (place one on the form if it is not there), and click on the magnifying-glass icon.
    3. Click on the �+ New� button on the right bottom of the popup.
    4. Currently, with the steps above, you�ll see a form to create a new Contact. It�ll be helpful to have the ability to add a new Account.

    *It is not a desired operation to click on �Look Up More Records� to add a new Account in step 2.

  • Option to choose Product entity for Regarding for a new Activity record

    It would be more useful if there are more option, like Product Entity, to choose for Regarding, when creating a new activity record.

  • Document Management Setting - display error message for users lacking privilege

    When a user with no CRM license (but System Admin) tries to set up entities from Document Management Settings, he/she gets stuck with a blank page. In the server log, there's a privilege error recorded so it would be better to display an error message in the UI to inform that CRM license needs to be assigned to the user to resolve the issue.
