  • Inconsistent Appointment behavior between Outlook and web clients

    When creating an Appointment in CRM Outlook-client the Recipient receives an invitation.

    When creating an Appointment in CRM web-client the Recipient DOES NOT receive an invitation.

    This inconsistency in behavior of the CRM application between the clients makes it impossible for a salesrep to seamlessly move from the office to mobile.

    Modify CRM web-client to behave consistently like the Outlook-client. When creating an Appointment send an invitation to the Recipient.

  • Inconsistent Email signature between Outlook and web client

    When creating an email in CRM Outlook-client, the user's Signature is included in the email.

    When creating an email in CRM web-client, the user must click Apply Email Template, then select from a list of options. The template includes a subject that must be modified in addition to the expected signature lines.

    This difference between the Outlook client and the web-client makes it difficult for a salesrep to seamlessly move from the office to mobile.

    Provide the ability for each user to select 'Use Outlook Signature' in the Set Personal Options.
