Customer Insights should have ALM using Azure DevOps. It should allow us to work in a Development envionment and allow us to set up CI/CD pipelines to deploy work from Development environment to Production Environment. We shouldnt be working in production environment

Data Refresh in Customer Insights needs to be real time if using data in Customer Insights Card Add in in Dynamics Customer Service Hub then it needs to have data showing in real time to customer service agents

Organisations want to give Self Service Permission which is similar to contributor but shouldnt allow them to work with Data Source. Either let us create custom roles or please provide a self service role which allows us to let employees create measures, segments, activities etc and allow us to select if they can modify measures, segments, activities created by others

Need to be able to select format of data in Customer Insights. At the moment numeric values are showing up as decimals.
