    There are many businesses who look forward to have manage the shift assignment to workers specific to stores. This can happen at the HQ or at store, where the manager assigns the shift to which staff should work for. We need this to be defined and managed by Store manger or from HQ and available at POS. I can share the design and ideas in detail, if required.

    Haven't seen Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail coming up with a restaurant solution. Have seen many partners implement this with customization. But Microsoft needs to look at building a solution which do target Food and Beverage or restaurant industry. The D365 POS should need to have capability offering restaurant solutions like customizing food or beverage, label printing, dine-in/take away, drive thru order capture, much more etc. I can help these to be designed and built for Microsoft

    Hi All, It's a prime missing feature to have a report generated in HQ/D365 for the info code information's collected in POS processes. The report should have filter to show for which info code the user would prefer to generate the report. This will help people at HQ to understand the statistics of the returns, discounts, suspend, void, etc. for whichever the info code is tagged in functionality profile.   • Sales Person Discount/Promotion via Affiliation

    One common feature D365 Retail always miss is about having standalone discounts/promotions for Sales Persons in POS. It would be good idea to have Affiliation tagged to Sales Persons/Workers so that standard promotions can be configured to be offered for employees. Kindly Vote and leave any comment.
