Return function improvements
Hi,
Before Update there were some awesome features in the return function in the dynamics POS.
We would really be happy if they were again implemented.
- The cross box were before still marked so it was very easy to see what products was returned and not. But after update the cross is not there as soon as you choose a new article to return. It is less clear to ony have the 1 number to follow to the right and wishes are to still have all articles cross marked that has been chosen for return :)
Please - looking forward to get this function back again soon!

Bigger text/size on buttons and text in MPOS
Hi,
We got so many comments from the users that the text and some buttons in MPOS really could be bigger, to help the users to work with the product.
Small text and buttons lead to error when clicking and a hard time reading the instructions in ex pop ups.
The buttons in the left menu (transaction view, home view and products) is most critical since it is very small.
Also over all, all text could preferably be bigger and alsomaybe bold or better applied for the eye to catch.
Is this a possible thing for you to look into?

Possibility to interrupt search in POS
Problem description / Purpose:
When searching in POS and entering a number that does not exist, for example incorrect style number or phone number, it is not possible to interrupt the search. The search will continue for a very long time and that creates inefficiency for the seller. When serving the customer there is not time to wait for the search to end and as a result they often have to move the customer to another cash register to finish the purchase.
Expected Result:
We would like Microsoft to implement a way to interrupt a search if the seller realises they have entered the wrong data to avoid long waiting time for seller and customer.

Reset submenues when leaving head menu or finishing transaction
Problem description / Purpose:
There is a time consuming problem connected to the sub menues in POS. When a user goes to a sub menu behind the head menu and then switch for another head menu, and then going back to the first head menu the sub menu is still shown.
Expected solution:
The wish from the users is that every time you leave a head menu or finishing a transaction, all sub menues should go back to head menu automatically. The sub menues need to be reset.

Digital clock also on locked screen
Problem description / Purpose:
On the Log in start screen there is a clock displayed. But to get a quicker log in procedure our users are using Lock screen mood, and there is a big wish to also just implement the time on this screen.
I hope that would be a quick fix for you and that it could be done in the future!

Improvements return function - check box + same return code many articles
Problem description / Purpose:
The return view is really good right now and our users do not think you should not change it back to how it was before, as i see is the upcoming plan in coming releases.
Though we have some idea suggestions that i hope you could consider:
- The check box is wished to work as following:
- If the check box is marked the row is chosen for return. It should stay marked even if more articles is marked for return
- If you unclick the check box/row the article should be unmarked as a return (not being returned)
- We have developed a nice function in return view that i think many more users will appreciate. Often all articles are returned with the same return code. Therefor we would like it to be an option to just click return down in the right corner and then choose one return code for all articles.
- With the view that is today the seller always CAN choose to set return code per article in the right menu, but also choose to set the same code on all articles when clicking directly down to the right.
- We think this makes it very flexible for the user, but if you will push out the new return view this menu to the right will be gone.

Show total amount of now returning items in return view
Problem description / Purpose:
In return view (after scanning receipt for returning items) there is today no counting of the returns you register.
The personnel would like to see how many items they have registered so that they easily can count if any f them are missing when returning many items.
Expected Result:
We would like Microsoft to implement a field that shows total amount of returned items. When scanning the second item this field should show 2, scanning the 3rd it will show 3 and so on.
