Customer would like to use the flag "Eliminate with WIP warnings" in "Eliminate estimate" form which can't be used through the periodic function because it's disabled. In short, customer is still convinced that the flag "Eliminate with WIP warnings" is extremely useful in the periodic function, because lets the user to eliminate massively estimates instead of doing it project by project.

The upload of a file using the Attachments (the pin button in the right corner) or the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+A in Work breakdown structure fails, throwing the following error: 'Upload of 'DocName' failed. Information in request is invalid'. The issue occurs regardless of the type of the file. Customer was able to reproduce this problem on all our environments including a standard one.
Impact:
- 80-100 users are affected in total and the problem occurs every time someone tries to upload a file using the Attachments or the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+A
- The pin button in the right corner does not show numbers of attachments and the users need to go in the task one by one to check if there is anything present there.
- It will be easier for customer and users to have better visibility of the attachments without the need to check it every time.

When customer is updating ProjectContractLine by using Excel Addin, the contract value of the billing rule is going back to 0 when in fact only the Financial Dimension was amended.
Example: When Department X won't exist anymore, another department will be included and therefore, every Department in every billing rule should be changed accordingly, which is time consuming.
Example 2: Customer have ~3000 lines in one of their legal entity and more than ~5000 in another legal entity, so this means they manually need to change one by one every FD in the system.
It would be easier and not that time consuming for the clients if they use the entity in question.

The Data Integrator template for Project Expense Estimates uses a field named Billing Type. This field is located on the CE entity Estimate Line.
When adding a new Expense Estimate in PSA, this field is not filled with a value. The client needs to use this field in order to get the correct data in UO.
The field msdyn_billingtype is not displayed in PSA, so the user can’t fill it in and therefore the field is always empty.

Customer is having different period types defined in their system for the purpose of time registration. They generated weekly periods for the defined types at the beginning of this year for a whole year. They have recently noticed that two days were skipped in December last week period, 30-31 December.
The only way for adding the missing days back at the period is to Rename the Record Info of 29.12 from 29.12 to 31.12 in Organization administration>Setup>Calendars>Period types and PMA>Setup>Timesheet>Timesheet period types. After both steps are done you should click Update worker periods first in Period types and after that on Timesheet period types.
This changed the week from ending on 29th to ending on 31st and this way the missing days were populated again.
However, you need Admin rights to do so and it's not an easy solution for user which are not Admins.
Client would like this functionality to be reviewed and it should be possible to make correction from user interface if one of the periods has not been generated properly.

The Project (and Funding source details on the project contract level) can contain default financial dimensions and it's used widely for out customer. There's scenario when the customer wants to remove the financial dimension value from the project expense transaction.
In order to do that the user creates new "Expense" journal for the project. Fill in all the necessary data. In the end user click "Financial dimensions" button in the top part of the form and remove/delete one of the value. Then the user posts the journal. When the user validates the voucher he/she stills see the "removed" financial dimension value in this voucher related to "Project - Cost" which is not right.
System is showing default dimension from project on posted Voucher while we had removed financial dimensions at the time of posting the expense journal.
Request: Once user removes the Financial dimensions before posting the journal, the voucher shouldn't contain any Financial dimensions due to the fact that we have removed them upon creation of the journal.

User is having account structure where BusinessUnit is mandatory. But in the Budgeting dimensions, they have activated only the dimension MainAccount.
If they create manually a budget register entry, it shows correctly only the dimension MainAccount, because that’s the only active budget financial dimension.
When they enter the budget in a budget plan, they expect that also only the activated “Dimensions for budgeting” are checked. Which is the case: they can easily submit the budget to the workflow and it runs through without problems.
If they change the setup in the account structure and are going to use an advanced rule instead of only the account structure:
On the account structure only MainAccount, but in the advanced rules they have added a rule that the BU is added and mandatory on account 'XX'. The budget register entries still works perfectly fine> Only the main account is shown. But in a budget plan they are ending up in error messages saying “You must select a value in BusinessUnit field in combination …”
Issue: In case of using an advanced rule on the account structure, it will be validated on a budget plan even if the financial dimension is not activated in the budget module, which is obviously wrong.
We are aware that this is a design limitation, but the request is to add flexibility in what dimensions are required for budgeting.

When user is trying to create a Project quotation using the function 'Copy from all', the form does not have functionality for recalculate prices.
In comparison, in 'Sales and marketing' module, when user creates Sales quotation using the function 'Copy from all', the form has the functionality for recalculate prices. User would like to have that option for the 'Project management and accounting' module.

A Project Resource can get a default or not default role. If we assign the resource to a WBS task with the same role, we expect this to be reflected in the Project, under 'Project team and scheduling' tab.
The actual result is that the Resource is automatically reflected there as Team member, which is not the role assigned to it. And user needs to manually change it every time in order to be able to use correctly the functionality in WBS 'Only show resources with required role' when searching for resources for the rest of the tasks.
What is the role on the specific resource used for, if it's not used in the planning process?
