  • Support of showing providers or widgets in all sessions

    We would like to show the widget in all sessions not just in provider sessions. Current behavior in CIF provides support of showing widgets only in sessions that are created by the provider.


    We have found a way to listen to multiple events such as onmodechanged and then use setMode API to display the widgets. However, this approach isn't always reliable, and it also causes the widget to flicker momentarily which isn't a good UX experience.


    Please develop the function since it's practical and many of our customers want to have the function.

  • In the visual hierarchy for a specific form, when "Expand all levels" is selected, the levels of the entity does not allow for a custom label.

    In the visual hierarchy for a specific form, when "Expand all levels" is selected, the levels of the entity do not allow for a custom label. Only a number is showed, and one needs to expand it to understand what that number is talking about. This causes the confusing for users, and thus, it would be great if we can change the label right in that specific form.
