I have a scenario where I create a survey named Template.
Users create new surveys by copying the Template survey.
I need to catch and route responses from all surveys using a single Power Automate Flow
Users may change the question text in the copied surveys.
I need a permanent ID reference to the questions defined in the template.
Looking in the CDS table 'Customer Voice survey question', I found the column 'Permanent ID' with the description "Permanent ID is auto-generated for a new survey question. For a copied survey, the ID is carried over from the original survey question."
Sadly this does not work. The Permanent ID is NOT preserved on copied questions.
Please fix the Copy function to preserve the Permanent ID on all questions.

Under Review
In scenarios where the same questions are asked across many surveys, it would be extremely useful to be able to create a predefined collection of questions that survey authors can pick and choose from. Today it is somewhat possible by copying an existing survey. But this should be easier by also have templates questions.
I envision two ways to offer this kind of functionality:
1. Selected questions are copied into the new survey. Authors can then modify it as needed.
2. Selected questions are referenced in the new survey. Question is locked and authors cannot modify it.
It would be great to have both options. It is critical that the questions have a permanent question ID that can later be used in Power Automate flows to process survey responses in CDS.

It should also be possible to create and configure new Surveys automatically through a Power Automate flow.
