[BPF] Business Process Flow Conditions
Currently, if the condition “No” is not set and saved, a branch is automatically generated from “No”.
If the branch is forcibly removed, I think an error will occur and it will not work properly.
However, if the condition “No” is selected, we would like to use it without generating a branch from “No” to avoid advancing the business process flow.
If this behavior is implemented, it would greatly improve convenience.
We would appreciate your consideration.

Edit Display Fields during Record Merge Dialog
Currently, we are aware that it is not possible to edit the items displayed during the Record Merge Dialog.
Such as editing the show/hide of columns, or limiting the number of characters displayed for fields with long values.
While we understand that this is so that users have complete information and the Record Merge Dialog can be implemented, having fields with long values reduces visibility and affects the actual operation.
We are convinced that it would be easier to use the Record Merge Dialog if it were possible to edit the fields displayed in the Dialog, since some users may be comfortable with hiding some fields.
We hope you will consider editing the items displayed in the Record Merge Dialog.

About the 'Contains' settings in search
I understand that adding an asterisk before the search word in the quick search box allows for searching in the "contains" field. However, this is not convenient for CRM users. It would be more useful if there were a way to adjust the search settings to look for words that "contain" rather than "begins with."

Hide Default catalog
In addition to its own catalog, Default's catalog is always displayed.
In this case, the Default catalog should also be able to be hidden, as this may reduce visibility.
We hope you will consider us.

Display the app launch tool in the app launcher
Clicking on the app launcher from Power Apps or other applications displays the app launcher tool, but clicking on the app launcher from the Dynamics 365 (model-driven apps) screen takes the user to the Microsoft Copilot screen.
Currently the app launcher cannot be managed by settings, etc., but it would be more convenient if the user could change the settings.
We would appreciate your consideration.
