User want to track the customer journey, at what point customer left reading the email, did they click the link provided in the email?
How many customer clicked on the link, what is link details & how many customer clicked on it.

Add link name to the Unique click view in Delivery and interaction details
Go To Real Time Marketing -> Journeys -> Select the email -> Delivery and interaction details -> Interactions -> Unique Clicks -> at this view, Link detail for the unique click will be very useful.
This will help in tracking what link customer clicked on and track the number of click for each weblink.

Add 'Select All' feature for import emails & email templates in Real Time Marketing
Currently selecting emails or email template for import need to be done manually, or using shift key and scrolling.
If number of emails or email templates are more, it will be good to have 'Select All' feature, to select all the email or email template for the import.

Email Delivery and Interaction details screen in Real Time Marketing need filter & sort option
Now email interaction data can be exported up to 49902 records.
In case there are record more than 50,000, then record need to be exported in multiple batches.
Currently there is no way to divide the record in multiple batches for export, if filter and sort is available on the column displayed on Email Delivery and Interaction details screen in Real Time Marketing then it will be possible to export record in batches.

Creating Segment using include contact group do not give option to search the contact by email address
Create a new segment -> select Include Contacts group -> search for the contact -> it only allow search using first name and last name
Contact email address is unique in this environment. There are multiple record with same name, so to select the exact contact, either need to hover on the each search result to see which email contact to select or need to use advanced find to select the contact email wise.
If search is on contact email at first screen instead of going to Advanced then it will be great.

Export to excel for pulling out list of all journey name is useful, if migrating from one environment to another environment.

Allow Real Time Marketing Segment to include more than 4 segment with or condition
For example a segment is created using multiple segment with or conditions, Real Time Marketing only allow 4 segment with or conditions, but Outbound Marketing allow more than 4 segment. Build the same functionality in Real time Marketing.

Virtual Entity is not available for segmentation and personalization of emailĀ in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
Multiple external data source data need to be used in DCRM, so using virtual entity can help pulling out data from externa data source and can be accessed in DCRM Segmentation and personalization of email, without storing the data in DCRM.
Make Virtual Entity available in DCRM for segmentation and personalization of email.
