    Ability to send Marketing emails (based or not based on marketing email templates) to users directly rather than setting up a customer journey. The 'Send Email' button on the classic web-version only looks at the standard email templates and not the marketing emails.   • Drag and drop for attachments (OOB SharePoint)

    Currently, uploading files (OOB SharePoint integration) require the experience of clicking on the "Upload File" icon from the "Documents" grid, then choosing files from local system and then uploading. And this is for a single file. By bringing a drag-and-drop feature, will be able to upload multiple files with lesser clicks.
  • SharePoint Integration - Stop Hard Deletion of files

    Applicable to Dynamics 365 CE. When a file is deleted through Out-of-box SharePoint integration, it is a hard delete. This seems a bit reckless, from an admin perspective. Might be worth to do a soft-delete so that SharePoint / Office365 Admins can recover the deleted file from SharePoint recycle bin, if required. Additionally, would expect SharePoint integration to follow the delete policies defined by SharePoint / O365 admin.
  • Duplicate Detection for customeraddress entity

    Business scenario: With the advent of eComm integrations etc, multiple addresses of customers are stored in the system, using OOB customeraddress entity. However, duplicate detection cannot be enabled on the customeraddress entity. This is required to ensure that call center agents, customer support staff are prompted of a potential duplicate when they try to enter duplicate address records.
