  • Add new product association on Product Bundle

"ProductAssociation" button is missing for bundles that were activated by-design. The only way to update the products association for a bundle is clonning the bundle and then use the "ProductAssociation" button to add a product. But nowdays this is a problem because I need to integrate synchronize Bundles (D365Sales) with Assembly (BC) and also ProductAssociation with Assembly BOM. The synchronization has to be bidirectional and it can't be if I can't add/remove registries on the Bundle Product of Dynamics 365. The clone option is not a real option when we are designing an integration because the GUID form the original Bundle will not be the same as the new clonned Bundle. So far the integration will be not correct. I suggest to add the possibily of update ProductAssociations on Bundles that are Under Revision.
  • Entity Address available from Quotes and Sales Orders

On Dynamics 365 we have the entity customeraddress. But it's only available from Account. I suggest to be use during the whole cicle of sales: opportunity, quotes and salesorder. We only need to add the addresses related with customer but these addresses have to be selectable from quotes and sales orders. Salespeople from my Customer's had asked me lot's of time to work similar to Business Central. And it could help very much on integrating Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central. Nowdays we could not make any relationship between customeraddress entity and quotes entity nor salesorder entity.
  • Quotes: Total Tax Calculation does not apply the discount percentage so Total Amount value is also bad calculated

The calculation for Total Tax does not take into consideration the Quote discount (%) discount applied to the quote. 1. The calculation for Total Amount does the calculation from Total Pre-Freight Amount and Total Tax. 1.1. The calculation for Total Pre-Freight Amount takes into consideration the Quote Discount. 1.2. The calculation for Total Tax does not take into consideration the Quote Discount. What needed: The Total Tax needs to be reduced because it has to be calculated from Total Pre-Freight Amount and not only to be sum from the Quote Lines Taxes as theses lines has not the Quote discount (%) applied. Please contact meif needs. Note: On the Documentation is informed how the fields are calculated and the system matches it but as I have exposed previously I don't think it's OK. • Sales Integration - Customer Type Code Matches Contact Type

The Integration Solution between BC and Sales needs to have same values that could be mapped. On BC, the integration table CRM Contacts (Table 5342) - by default, we only have 'Default Value' on table 5342 "CRM Contact", field(4; CustomerTypeCode; Option) .. but on BC Contacts (Table 5050) - by default, we have 'Company,Person' on table 5050, field(5050; Type; Option) What expected is to have 'Company,Person' Values also available on Integration Solution * Note: This idea also needs to be share with Dynamics 365 Dev Team because on the CDS those values 'Company,Person' also needs to be added on CustomerTypeCode Field.
  • D365 Sales & D365BC Integration > Base Unit of Measure on Base to Sales and Purchase Unit of Measure

Please when a new Item is created on Dynamics 365 Sales the only Unit of Measure that is fulfilled is Base Unit of Measure. We need this value to be validate so the Sales Unit of Measure and the Purchase Unit of Measure is also fulfilled as the actual behaviour does when a new Item is created directly on BC. This is stopping the Sales Order Processing because the BackOffice has to complete this information manually when the SalesPeople, from Dynamics 365 Sales, tell the BackOffice that they have created a new Order (by phone or mail)
  • D365 Sales & D365BC Integration > Item-Product Integration (Character Lenght for Id and Description)

The OOB columns integrated between Dynamics 365 and Business Central regarding Product Id and Name needs to have the same characters on both applications. On Dynamics 365, we can set the value with more characters than in BC - BC [NÂș, 20] --> Dynamics 365 [ProductID, not limited] - BC [Description, 100] --> Dynamics 365 [Name, not limited] On Dynamics: - If we limit the character of the columns we could not use the OOB Clone Functionality. - If we don't limit the characters of the columns we get different info on Business Central and Dynamics 365. What expected - To be able to have the Item-Products Integrated properly and - To be able to use the Clone Functionality both things at the same time
  • D365 Sales & D365BC Integration > Item-Product Integration (Extended Description)

Be able to add the Extended Description from the actual product as Additional Comments to BC. Many customer has asked to be able to be used on Purchase Orders and Invoices. Nowadays it's needed to be created manually on BC. It could be neither fulfilled from the Quote or Sales Order
  • D365 Sales & D365BC Integration >> on Products, Extended Description Integrated from Dynamics 365 to BC as Additional Texts

The possibility of coupling the extended description on a Dynamic 365 to Additional Text on Product card to be able to use it on Sales Orders and Reports when they are created from BC after the Product has been created by the Sales people on Dynamics 365.
  • D365 Sales >> Add images to the Product Card

The possibility of adding an image to the Product Card. The possibility to use this image on Reports. It's something developed on Marketing or Commerce and it makes no sense not to have this feature on the Sales application.
  • D365 Sales >> Save custom reports to Sharepoint

Due to the limitation from Word Templates, the Export to PDF feature could not be used on custom reports (rdl). I asked to have the possibility of saving the output from the report directly on Sharepoint if the OOB Sharepoint Integration Solution has been configured. I asked to have the possibility of saving the output from the report as PDF and could use it on emails as an attached file.
